1.2 These terms and conditions are deemed to include our Privacy Policy and are collectively known as "these Terms" and relate to all Agents who use the Site and all Sellers.

6. LEGAL JURISDICTION
6.1 In the event of any provision of this agreement becoming declared as invalid it shall to that extent be severed from the main body of this agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue to have full force and effect.
6.2 Any delay or failure of Baysoft to enforce its rights under this agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such rights to do so.
6.3 This agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior arrangements and understandings whether written or oral with respect to the subject matter hereof and may not be varied except in writing signed by both parties hereto.
6.4 This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
6.5 English law shall apply to these Terms. The user irrevocably agree that the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
