We charge a fee to cover our setup and installation time costs.

The setup procedures typically involve the following:

1. Installing the system on your server

2. Creating your PQQ form

3. Scoring the PQQ form

4. Creating your emailing out templates

5. Creating your tendering and contract header information

6. Importing your existing data (if required)

A typical fee for setting up the above for a small company with a 200 question PQQ would be in the region of 5k.

A monthly support charge of £50 would be applied per user seat post-installation and sign-off.
