Defect notifications are recieved from various sources.
The defect/s are logged and the administrator will allocate the fix to the original vendor who undertook the task or the defect will be re-allocated to another provider if the original vendor does not respond within a given time.
DEFECTS DETAIL SCREEN
Job sheets, plans, images and other useful items can be attached to the defect to aid the solution provider in fixing the problems.
Multiple jobs can be arranged from one defect source.
Example: A leak in the hot water tank in the attic causes the ceiling and a carpet to be ruined, necessitating the need for a plumber to fix the leak; a plasterer to fix the ceiling and a carpet vendor to replace the carpet.
